DIY Frozen Joghurt – Vegan Frozen Joghurt Bites
DIY Frozen Joghurt – Vegane Frozen Joghurt Bites
Hard to believe it, but it seems if it is finally summer – damn it was time 🙂 If everything is adjusted for summer vibes, the food becomes lighter and the drinks colder. Salads in exchange for warm casseroles and hot chocolate must wait for winter, Prosecco Time Ladies … but that would be another post, who is looking for inspiration, just look at the allthelilthings instagram account;)
DIY Frozen yogurt has already become a trend, in this variant practically portionable, whether for breakfast or as a snack between.
So and now to super simple but incredibly delicious light frozen yogurt bites. The small bites or snacks are so yummi and easy to be portioned and can be used as a snack or as a topping on the usual breakfastbowl or fruit mix. This variation is with soy yogurt, meanwhile there are many very good alternatives to cow’s milk products and the base is a most unsweetened variety. Not all recipes on allthelilthings will be vegan, but if there are good alternatives, the goal is easy and there are tasty alternatives.
DIY Frozen Joghurt – Vegane Frozen Joghurt Bites:
– 300 g soy yogurt
– berries or fruits of your choice
– to sweeten it – use maplesyrup or agave syrup
– 2 spoons lemonjuice
In general, here you can pack in what pleases, tastes and makes fun – no matter whether Marshmellows, berries or other fruits, flowers, coconut etc. From super healthy to sinfully delicious and unhealthy 🙂 You can try everything – the unsweetened variant is a cool base to start.
Stir everything in a bowl well and create a fluffy texture. Then pour into icecube tray or something similär and then into the freezer for about 1-2 hours.
And as you can see in the last picture, this fits in the Origami-Breakfast series – who likes to look, here is the link
